Preparation
Grasp two opposing high pulley cable handles. Stand in the middle and perpendicular to both pulleys. Bend hips, knees and elbows slightly. Internally rotate shoulders so elbows are back initially.

Execution
Bring cable handles together in front of the thighs in a hugging motion with elbows in a fixed position. Squeeze (contract) the pecs at the bottom position. Return to starting position until chest muscles are stretched. Without pausing Repeat.

Comments
If the weight is heavy then step forward with one foot in front of the other for a more stable stance. Don’t sacrifice slow controlled form for heavier weight. This exercise is about feeling and contacting the pectoralis major.
