Incline Smith Machine Bench Press

Lie supine on incline bench with upper chest under bar. Grasp bar with a shoulder width or slightly wider overhand grip depending on comfort zone. Maintain slight arch in low back with chest high and your butt is back on the incline bench. Disengage bar.

Lower the bar to upper chest. Press bar until arms are extended. Repeat.

Use a full range of motion. Maintain a high chest throughout the movement. Donโ€™t slide your butt away from the bench at anytime. Incline bench should be between 25 โ€“ 40 degrees, no higher.
