Jack Knife Sit-up

Lay on floor or mat. Lie supine (on back) with hands on floor over head.

Simultaneously raise your legs and arms to meet in the jack knife position. Return to starting position. Repeat.

Begin each repetition with upper back on floor to allow abdominal muscles to work dynamically.
