Machine Lateral Raise

 

Target Muscle: Lateral (Side) Deltoids

Preparation
Sit in machine. Situate bent arms between padded lever and sides of body. Grasp handles if available.

Execution
Raise your elbows to shoulder level, upper arms parallel to the floor. Return and repeat.

Comments
The trapezius assist if the elbows are raised above shoulder level.
