One Arm Cable Curl

Face low pulley and grasp a stirrup cable attachment an underhand grip. Stand close to pulley. Hold stirrup handle at the side of the body.

With elbow to the side, raise the stirrup handle until forearms are vertical. Lower until arms are fully extended. Repeat. Continue with opposite arm.

Standing close to the pulley allows maximum range of motion. When elbows are fully flexed, elbows should only travel forward slightly allowing forearms to be no more than vertical to allow for a relative release of tension in muscles between repetitions.
