One Arm Cable Front Raises
Preparation
Grasp cable handle attachment. Stand away from Pulley with arm at side.
Execution
Raise the handle with elbows locked to eye level. Lower the handle slowly to starting position and repeat. Continue with opposite arm.
Comments
This is an isolation exercise so do not use too heavy a weight that you have to use momentum to get it up. Feel the anterior deltoids do the work.
