Overhead Cable Rear Delt Flys

Preparation
Start with a criss-cross grip (left hand graps right cable handle and vice versa). With handles in the hands, stand in the center of the cross over apparatus. The arms are straight and the hands are above the forehead.

Execution
Pull the handles back until the arms are parallel to the chest. Make sure to keep the chest high as pulling the handles back. Palms should be facing up at all times. Return under control and repeat.

Comments
Keep the arms as straight as possible. Squeeze the rear deltoids at the bottom.
