Pushups (Bent Knee)

Lie flat on your stomach with your legs straight out behind you. Place your hands slightly wider than shoulder width. Bend knees and raise your body off the floor by extending your arms.

While keeping your body straight and knees bent, lower your body to the floor by bending your arms. Push your body up until your arms are extended. Repeat

Keep your body straight throughout this movement. And keep your head down facing the floor. To make this more challenging you can try standard Pushups.
