Preparation
Sitting on the apparatus, adjust the back support to the point where the back of the knees fit comfortably over the front edge of the seat pad. Position padded extension arm of machine comfortably behind your shins just above your ankles. Grasp handles to sides for support.

Execution
Curl your legs towards the back of your thighs until fully flexed. Return lever until knees are straight. Repeat.

Make sure the machine is adjusted to fit you properly.
