Smith Machine Bench Press

Lie supine on bench with mid chest under the bar. Grasp bar with a shoulder width or slightly wider overhand grip depending on comfort zone. Disengage bar.

Lower the bar to mid chest. Press bar until arms are extended. Repeat.

Keep the elbows wide and to the side.
