Preparation
Sit on a bench with a low back support. Sit with feet flat on the floor and the lower back firmly against the back rest. Grasp bar with a shoulder width or slightly wider overhand grip depending on comfort zone. Disengage bar.

Execution
Take the bar down to the upper chest. Press bar until arms are extended overhead. Lower and repeat.

Comments
Do not allow your hips to move forward during the lift.
