Place feet on either side of a T-bar machine. Bend knees slightly and bend over at the hips with back straight and the butt is sticking out. Grasp the handles with a shoulder width overhand grip.

Pull bar to upper waist. Return until arms are extended and shoulders are stretched forward. Repeat.

Do not swing or jerk the weight. Train the back not the ego. Keep the back flat to better target the upper back muscles.
