V-bar Pulldown

Grasp parallel grip (or V-bar) cable attachment. Sit with thighs under supports.

Pull down parallel grip (or V-bar) cable attachment to upper chest. Keep the back straight. Arch the chest as the handle is being pulled down. Do not lean back. Return until arms are almost straight. Repeat.

Never look up. Look straight ahead. Do not straighten the arms at the extended arm position. By not locking them out the tension stays on the back muscles
