Bio:

“Fitness has always been a part of my life, starting at a young age in public school.  My first gym I joined was when I was 16yrs old where I just started out with participating in Aerobic Class’s. After a year of class’s, I finally was introduced to the weights.  I remember how awkward it felt hanging on to those dumbells.  It only took a few sessions of weight training and I was hooked, loved how I was seeing some shape in my physique and strength. Loved it so much I took a course and became an Aerobic Instructor and from there continued on to teach such a variety of different class’s and on to teaching Spinning Class’s even took Private Kick boxing lessons in which I loved those workouts!

In 1999 I decided I wanted to try competing in a Show and with being so nervous about the whole experience of getting on stage I almost doubted myself about doing it.  With finding the right person to guide me with the training program and nutritional diet and the support of my husband I  accompolished such a huge challenge for myself and overall I Won my Category in the Figure! This is how it all started for me and I have continued through all these past years Competing in Shows and achieving my own Personal Goals. At home I have my own Studio and Gym where I train and help others achieve their own personal goals in which I love to help others 🙂

On November 6th, 2010 is when I decided to Compete with the IDFA at the 2010 IDFA World Championships & Pro Universe.  My overall experience from the time of registration to sitting in the meeting how comfortable I felt and realized what a great organization they were.  Day of show it was so organized and I  felt very relaxed.  That night was a memory I will cherish forever when I Won the Masters Figure Class and Overall and then to Win the Open Short and then to Win the Overall and Earn my IDFA Pro Card in Figure was just so unbelivable Looking forward to stepping on Stage as an IDFA Figure Pro!!”
