TO REGISTER
Complete the ONLINE Registration Form (BELOW). Once you have completed the ONLINE Registration Form you will send payment via an email money transfer to info@idfa.ca for that Amount that you select on the ONLINE Registration Form. Note: If you want to pay using PayPal email me at info@idfa.ca once you submitted this Registration Form.
Costs:
ENTRY into 1 CLASS: $175.00 + HST
Note: There are no additional fees, and we do not charge a membership fee
Additional CLASS: $50.00 + HST each class
Stage PHOTOS: $80.00 + HST
*HST will be added to the total

ATHLETE REGISTRATION
Your registration will be confirmed via email. All the information you will require for the IDFA 152: MONTREAL (Amateur & Pro) Natural Bodybuilding Championships will be sent to you in an email.
ATHLETE CHECK-IN
The Athlete Check-in is a set up as drop in so come anytime between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 5 (Day of Show) at the Le Centre Leonardo Da Vinci. Enter through the front doors. The backstage will be open to the athletes no later than 1:00 pm (Show starts at 2:00 pm).

If you haven’t booked a SPRAY TAN and/or Hair / Make-up yet the Official Spray Tanner is Jacinthe. You can contact her on facebook at https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100008436931366.
