Close Grip Bench Press

Target Muscle: Triceps

Preparation
Lie on bench and grasp barbell from rack with a close grip. Grip should be just inside of shoulder width. (hands 10-12 inches apart)

Execution
Lower the bar to low chest with elbows close to body. Return and repeat.

Comments
Squeeze the triceps at full extension (top or the movement).
