ATHLETE REGISTRATION
Your registration will be confirmed via email. All the information you will require for the 2023 IDFA UNIVERSE (Amateur & Pro) Natural Bodybuilding Championships will be sent to you in an email.
ATHLETE CHECK-IN PROCESS – Day of Show
The Athlete Check-in is a set up as drop in. You can come anytime between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 16 (Day of Show) at the City Playhouse Theatre (Location of the Show). Enter through the front doors. You will pick up your assigned Competitor Number. Numbers are assigned in alphabetical order of the athletes first names. The competitor number will be worn on your posing attire on the left side or left hip. If you are in more than one class or division you will keep the same number for every class and division you are in.
Next you will pick up an IDFA Tote bag that will have your official IDFA Tee & much more inside as well as your Competitor Number. Everything is all set for you to just pick up so this athlete check-in will take minutes.
NOTE: There is NO Athlete Meeting the Night Before. All the important show information will have been communicated with you via email prior to the Athlete Check-in. You can also email me, Shaun, at anytime if you have any questions. My email is info@idfa.ca.
The backstage will be open to the athletes no later than 1:00 pm (Show starts at 2:00 pm). If it is ready earlier, we will notify all the athletes. If you wish to have someone come backstage with you as a helper or coach, they will require a Ticket. You can purchase a Ticket here. Once they show us a Ticket, we will give them a wrist band that combined with a Ticket gives them access to the backstage. The only people backstage without Tickets / wrist bands are the athletes and volunteers. Anyone else backstage will require proof of a Ticket.

If you can put up a Poster(s) in your local gym, nutrition store, tanning salon, etc that would be a great help. Contact IDFA at info@idfa.ca and provide your mailing address and how many posters you will need. Or you can PRINT some posters using the link below. Thank you!
